AKTIVA 4 Seasons offers users two display cases in one: by pressing the commuting switch and setting the temperature, the display case switches from gelato display case operating functions (-14°C / – 18°C; 6.8°F/ 0.4°F) to pastry display case or snack operating functions ((+2°C / +8°C; 35.6°F/ 46.4°F, with average 60/70% relative humidity), and vice versa. AKTIVA 4 Seasons allows users to adapt their premises to suit the needs of their Customers and the different periods of the year, helping them to organise their operations and optimise both space and investments. We also strongly recommend using the upper display shelf which comes in handy when the display case switches to pastry display case operations.
The cooled display shelf, 740 mm deep, is made of removable steel shelves (version with fixed shelf) or with different size removable drawers with polished BA stainless steel inside finishings (version with drawers). Two standard 290 mm display shelves in crystal (the drawer version is provided with a further shelf); upon request, overhead lights that can be cooled with chiller can be supplied. The ventilated cooling plant (T° +2/+8 C°) is with hot gas automatic defrosting with on board condensing unit (CU) or remote (NCU) with external condense drain. For excellent preservation of patisserie products, the cooling plant has been designed to obtain an adequate R.H. index (70-80%). The condensing unit has a double fan, the second of which is pressure switch: Everything translates in less heat and less noise for the operator. Trials carried out in climatic class 35°C/60% R.H.
The cooled shelves version is available in the 1100 – 1600 – 2100 – A2/45° – A2/30° units, exclusively with rear slides.
The cooled shelf represents and important innovation and allows the operator greater display space for fresh products.
Thanks to the special conformation of the air outlet grid, the flow is conveyed not only on to the shelf but also on the shelves, in this way obtaining temperatures that vary from +4°/+8°C on the display shelf and +7°/+12°C on the two shelves.
In fact, it is possible to manage the cold conveying through a user-friendly controls panel, to distribute it in three different modalities, depending on the products to be displayed:
1. Ventilation on display shelf only;
2. Ventilation on display shelf and on lower shelf;
3. Ventilation on display shelf and on both shelves.
Furthermore, the cooling plant has been designed to obtain a R.H. index suitable for patisserie products (70-80%).
Lighting is with LED: they do not heat and last much longer compared to the normal fluorescent lighting.
IFI’s Aktiva is two display cases in one: in fact, the same display case can be used for pralines (+14°C, 45% U.R. MAX) or for pastry (+4°/+8°C); you just need to change the temperature and humidity settings on the control panel. The display case has a static refrigeration system and falls in the category of 30°C / 55% relative humidity.
Aktiva Praline has the structural characteristics of the Fix linear glass counters, but with a different refrigeration system (temperature +14°C – R.H. 50%) suitable to preserve products made and/or covered with chocolate. Both the displaying (not refrigerated) shelves supplied are equipped with lighted glass ceiling bowl which, in case, can be refrigerated. Back-counter sliding panels. On the base, open compartments and compartments for trays. The glass-counter is supplied with built-in condensing unit (UC).
Stainless steel top heated by internal resistor, temperature which can be set by thermostat up to a maximum of 65°C. Electric absorption Watt 400. The working inox top is of mm 670 (P) and mm 1030, 1530, 2030 (L). Crystal shelf equipped with lighted glass ceiling bowl. Back-counter sliding panels. On the base open compartment and compartment for trays.
Humid-hot elements for gastronomy, with higher technical/aesthetical characteristics, which can be perfectly canalised with all the other elements. One internal top with 3 or 4 welded counter-tanks, the whole of stainless steel, is one of the parts distinguishing this element. Each counter-tank (Gastronorm 1/1 h 205 mm.) has its own outlet – equipped with valve-tap for liquid discharge – conveyed into only one outlet unit. The thermostat can be set from 30° to 70°C.
