Freshness: means that the ice cream is produced and sold the same day, without undergoing treatments in order to be conserved for months.
Quality: means using natural raw materials such as fresh milk, sugar, cream, eggs, fresh fruit and high-quality semifi nished products.
Texture: is the result of an accurate process, respectful of traditions and sanitary regulations.
According to these principles, Geldue collaborates with artisan ice-cream producers by providing them with its stabilizers and natural emulsifiers, together with fruit pastes and flavours obtained from selected raw materials.
